Terms and Conditions
- Valid credit card required at time of booking. A full payment will be taken on the credit card provided for guarantee, 7 days prior to arrival. No penalty when cancelled 7 days or more prior to arrival. If cancelled within 7 days of arrival, or guest does not arrive for the reservation, the entire amount of the reservation is non-refundable.
- Rate is available 3 days before and after actual conference dates.
- Children 17 years and younger stay free when in their parent's room.
- Rates in Canadian funds.
